FLU/COLDS

VIRAL INFECTIONS FALL/WINTER

In the fall and winter, colds and the flu, caused by viruses, are common. Antibiotics, which target bacteria, are ineffective against viruses. Colored nasal discharge or phlegm can occur with these viral infections. If symptoms persist beyond 10 days without improvement, you can book an appointment with your doctor.
